Damp Room

An attempt to archive the things I've been making before the mould sets in.

Here’s some photos of the beautiful people that came to our exhibition opening + a sample of the amazing works I co-exhibited with.

They Grew Enormous.

A post-apocalyptic cityscape.

Contains 26 native NZ micro-snails (pictured), 1 common garden snail and 3 turett snails (which are only about 3mm long!)

Family Photos.
We photocopied our hands and then Zach made them better with his pen.

After the Waters Receded.

A fallout shelter overtaken by fungi.

My boyfriend and I make zines under the name of The WaterBear Appreciation Society. Neighbour Cats was our first zine, which we produced 4ish years ago.

We had our exhibition opening on Monday, so now I can start posting up photos of my contributions…

This one is called ‘We thought we could fix it, but we only made it worse.’ Which is one of the four post-apocalyptic scenarios my terrariums covered.

More soon!

This opens on Monday.  I will be there, and so will all the other artists. Also there will be food and a small amount of specially brewed beer. So if you live in Wellington please some along!
